[fusion_dropcap color=”” boxed=”yes” boxed_radius=”0″ class=”” id=””]A[/fusion_dropcap]n easy way for a new development to earn our respect: sticking to its schedule. We learned last week that the nine-unit condo at 84 Bedford Street, on the corner of Bedford and Barrow, was just waiting for attorney general’s office approval to begin sales. That approval’s been received, so the building is defying the traditional August slows and hitting the market. Photos and floorplans are a bit thin on the ground, but what we have is in the gallery above. What we do know: prices range from $466,000 to $2,124,250, and amenities include a common roof terrace and basement wine storage. Anyone have any other intel?
